While your real goal is to get into a home or refinance the one you’ve got, getting a mortgage has become an exercise in bureaucracy: all income, assets, and money movement must be accounted for during the loan application process to insure a clean approval. Whether you’re buying your first place, a second home, or an investment property, documentation is what it’s all about.
We’ve got great tools to save you time and hassle: completely paperless workflow is possible with secure efax, pdf files, and communication via email, sms/text message, and phone. We can take your application information by phone, and even provide your preapproval letter by email to both you and your Realtor.
Please download the list above, and call with any questions. Your loan application is submitted on a standard form, known as a 1003. You can download one right here so you know what info I’ll need to complete your submission.
After your application is taken, you’ll receive loan disclosures explaining how your loan works. I must receive these back before ordering your appraisal, the second most important step in closing your loan.
My goal is to help you identify the right loan that will help you to accomplish your immediate goals, while keeping your long-term objectives in mind. The process can be complex: if at any point you would like more information, just ask and you’ll receive a careful explanation of any part of the process.
